Who We Are

Coleen has had a passion for counseling people in stressful situations for more than 20 years. Starting out as a NICU Registered Nurse at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where the ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate through difficult situations is critical. Soon she began investing personally in the real estate world and realized she loved it.

Coleen quickly transitioned to a full-time real estate agent and builder. Since then, she has built over 52 homes, managed several land developments and has won many builder awards. Coleen has now been a licensed REALTOR® for more than ten years and an investor for more than fifteen. Throughout her career she has been awarded the Circle of Excellence Award, the OAR President Sales Award, Rookie of the Year in 2000, HUFF REALTY Sales Leader, and HUFF REALTY Listings Leader. Coleen currently holds specialty designations in (SFR) Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert, and (CSP) Certified Short Sale Professional.

Coleen's biggest strength is in customer service, and strongly feels that as with any important decision, using the expertise of a skilled professional will minimize your risks and increase your opportunities. She has represented over 500 clients in real estate transactions throughout the state and looks forward to serving many more.

Married for 15 years and the mother of two children, Jackie knows about commitment. Between hiking, coaching, fundraising, and care for the elderly, she helps out in the office, allowing Coleen and her team to focus on what's most important: Buying and selling your home.

Teaching Middle-School and being a Realtor have one thing in common: Teaching. As a Realtor, Greg passes down knowledge to his clients so that they may make an informed decision when buying or selling their homes. This helps to raise the potential selling price of the property and ensure a smooth process.

With 18 years in customer service, Chris knows a thing or two about people; a perfect addition to the Holt Team. When she's not helping clients, she can be found running, spending time with her daughter, and traveling.

With over 12 years experience in sales, estimating, and project management for commercial construction, Michael is well versed in contract negotiation, and client relations.  He displays indepth knowledge of home construction, with a passion for historic homes and architecture throughout Cincinnati.  Michael finds working with people to help them sell their home, and find their dream home the most rewarding part of his career.

In his free time, he coaches youth soccer at the YMCA, and enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young daughters.
